First, does the overclockix disc have everything on it to configure and set up a router to provide internet to other computers?

if it does not, is there any live linux on cd that does have all these features that i am looking for?

Pretty sure it does. But I think you'd be happier with smoothwall or clarkconnect which have web interfaces much like routers do, rather than creating the configs by hand. Hjowever, for tyhose distros, you have to install to a hard drive, even if its tiny and slow.

then i will be able to stock up the linux box with nic cards and get internet to any computer that is plugged into the linux box?

yup all you need is an extra NIC, and a linux setup with iptables

extras are like dhcpd, bind, file servers, etc
