MA790X-UD4 northbridge

what is a safe 100% load temp for the northbridge on this board at the min during prime it is topping out at 57c is that safe? can i push it any more ?

Northbridge - as in NB-CPU or NB chipset? And I'm curious what you're using for temps.


Prime95 won't really push the chipset much - but 3DMark or any other graphics bench should ...
