MacOS Sierra VM just completed

Why is this so much more of a process than creating a Linux or Windows VM inside Windows? With Windows and Linux you just point the VM software to the .iso and the rest is comparatively straight forward. When creating Mac VM inside of Windows there is a lot more stuff to manipulate. You'd think the VMware folks would have developed a simpler process for this by now.
