Well I finally got sick and tired of the loud, whining blower from the Abit Siluro OTES and decided to replace it for something quieter. For anyone who's had this card, the noise is upwards of 55 dBa and is not pleasant sounding at all. I replaced the OTES with a Vantec 1U all copper heatsink. The sound on this is rated at 38 dBa and offers better cooling performance. I also added Thermaltake copper ramsinks. I have not overclocked the card at all yet to see whether I gained any performance, but now it is at least nice and quiet. I've attached a pic, hopefully it works.
