is there anyway you can mod a panaflow L1A to make it spin faster than its standard 1700rpm?? im assuming if it goes faster than 1700rpm it will move more air than its standard 125cfm??

125 cfm, huh? off a pannaflow l1a? sure its not 12.5?

overvolting speeds up fans/decreases life

I don't know how short of life you would have but you could run the hot on your fan to the pos 12v of you psu and the black to a - 5 or -12v line

not good for your fan but it would be fast
