Taken from slickdeals.net but 143 shipped *AFTER MIR* is a steal and it appears to be mildly OC'd from the factory, specs list it as a core of 820, IIRC stock is 775, so for those that dont wanna od it themselves, GREAT deal, but good price even if it was bone stock...

it's $173 shipped and $143 after rebate. still a good deal if you don't mind waiting for the rebate. i believe this is a reference design with a highly effective cooler.
