im getting lines up and down the screen, thought it was the ram, it was not :-( getting crappy overclockes, and ive had 3x bad cards so far!!!!!!!

Thats a strange situation you got going on...

Something is amiss, perhaps your Mobo AGP header has some FOD (Foreign Object Damage)

Try blowing some compressed air on your AGP slot.

Do the Cards only get damaged in one of the two machines you have?

Well, its weird because i put my other 4400 into the system and it works PERFECT! and the lines are even gone! I can overclock and with the card in the other computer- it dosent work either!
