I actually have the exact same problem... only I'm not sure if it's a problem or an error. Both cpu-z and sandra say I'm running 2.0 when I'm running 2.5 in BIOS... and I don't have 3.0 in BIOS either. Of course Sandra says my vcore is 2.65 and that my processor is putting out 280W of heat, but back to the problem :)

I'm not sure what's up with this... I think the same thing happened with the 3.6 BIOS so I don't think it's related to the 3.7 . Of course, it very well could be... it's been a while since I had the 3.6 so I can't be sure. I don't edit my mem. timings very often. I'll dig around and see if I can find anything on it.
