i'm trying to limit cpu usage on my 2.4C to one thread for this project.
i set my computing preferences to...
On multiprocessors, use at most 1 processors
On multiprocessors, use at most 50% of the processors
Use at most 50% of CPU time
Resource share is 50
i highlighted the project and hit update but it's still running two SETI@home threads.
can't i run one thread for SET@home and one for Einstein@Home?

[edit2] i went to advanced/preferences in BOINC and hit clear to restore web based preferences. it now uses 1 thread for 50% cpu but only runs one project. [/edit2]
