HELP!!!
I am in the market for a new laptop and like everyone I want the best bang for the buck. I have looked at a lot of different deals and the more I look the more confusing it becomes. Any ideas of a decent laptop that cost less then $700.00 & has all of the basic features and not too horrible at basic gaming. No high res stuff maybe just a bit of FPS low res. No Crysis the like. LOL. I would like to have at least 1 gig of memory and as large of a hard drive as I can get.

How does the AMD turion compare to the Intel Core Duo and Core 2 Duo?
How does the video cards in the laptops I listed below seem to you folks?
If you know of a better deal please let me know.
I have found several deals at Office Depot. Here is the list of a few of them.

Take a look at Clevo notebooks also going by the name Sager in the US. They have several nice laptop gamers including a sli model that uses desktop processors. This forum pages list many of their models as well as suppliers/costume sellers for the Clevo notebooks. In general these are faster, cheeper, and more custumizable than any standard seller. Clevos have been used as the barebones for companies Like Voodoo and Alienware for years and just beem rebadged. So they make a nice system.
