That 560 will be nice. I pulled a 6870 out of the classifieds for $100 shipped and I gotta say I'm quite impressed with it (had a 6970 prior). I also have a 6850 in the wife's rig that does nearly 1ghz on the core...both run D3 at 1920x1080, max settings/aa never under 60fps and usually towards 100. I turned vsync on though because it makes the game smoother...d3 has a weird engine.

I have heard that this card cools the GPU pretty well but it dumps hot air back into the case.

Would a PCI Slot Cooler be a good solution for this?
