Its a good psu and modular, but maybe a bit too much money for an old computer.

Or just spend 20 minutes and run them neatly and bundle the extras. Honestly PII, PIII, or Skt A systems aren't worth a $90 AR power supply.

So what are you going to do with all the spare modular cables from these PSU's?
You pay more for modular. Doesn't seem like good stewardship of resources for old computers like that, if you ask me. But its your money. For your stated purpose, I'd go with one of these:
