I compiled a pcpartpicker list for a New Ryzen Budget Multi-Purpose Build that is not a one-time build (for future upgrades). The maximum budget is $1200.

The primary use is for FPS shooters, and secondary use is streaming thru video capture (and possibly camera recording) and video recording, encoding and editing.

Is there any part in the list that should be replaced or can be improved in the list?

Would appreciate anybody's input and thanks in advance!

Definitely go with B550 or maybe even 570, not 450. I got a B550 board & am very happy with it. Good choice on the CPU, the 3600, X & XT all seem to be an excellent value. I'd definitely go with 16 GB or more of 3200 - 3600 MHz RAM, however you could probably save $20 on a different kit. The 1660 is an excellent value... but the 2060 is tempting for me as well. I went with the 1650 Super, and definitely wish I'd gotten the 1660 or 1660 Ti; HOWEVER this is ONLY because I spend far too much time comparing benchmarks on the net! I get silky smooth performance in FarCry New Dawn (5) with everything MAX or Ultra and ~ 400 FPS in CS GO. Even with the AA cranked.

I see you plan to spend $75 on a 2.5" 500 GB SSD. I picked up a 1 TB WD Black SSD with pretty awesome speeds (3GB per sec in crystal disk mark) for only $115. Something to consider.

Other than that, looks okay. If you want, you could definitely save some money on both the case & power supply also.

I spent between $900 and $1200 on the rig in my signature.
