newest bios for p4c800

hi,
just wondering what the newest bios for this board?
i have been to the asus site and it that gave me the P4C800 BIOS v1014
well i did i little search on the net and found these two:
P4CB1007
and
1008e004

now the last two bioses (dont think it is spelt like that) were found on a japanese or chinese site
should i just stick with the asus 1 or has any 1 else got any other bioses that work?
