well, i do agree with

But, what have they done to get succesfull - if Microsoft is being punished for trying to reach the top then shouldn't most buisness be in court as well ? a buisness is a buisness - goal = to make alot of money and be as successful as possible....So why be punished because someone else has not be able to create a competive product.

Deffinatly, when I heard before that they were trying to make Microsoft package it's OS with other programs like WinAmp and Firefox, I thought it was crazy. Not saying they are perftect but no business should be in trouble just for being bigger then the rest, the question remains how did they become so much bigger. (Right timming, Good marketing, Fluke?)
