no sound from teamviewer

hey everyone, so i have a windows 7 computer at home i remote into from time to time to compile wallets for different crypto currencies and used to be i had sound and would know when a compile was finished however something on my work computer which is also windows 7 is blocking sound from teamviewer, i have checked the sound mixer and teamviewer is not muted and if i remote into the computer from one my desktop at home i get sound,

is there any place at all in windows that can block sound from a certain application?
