What do you guys think of the EK Varder 3K RPM? They have an insanely high static pressure rating 5.81 but are they super loud? They also have a 2200 RPM version as well with 3.18 static pressure. I like my noctua fans but it seems they are much better suited for air flow rather than static pressure fans for radiators.

I believe the Enthoo primo can do push/pull at the top correct?
