im trying to find the best timmig for the ocz platinum ddr2 1066

the original timming is 5-5-5-15

I set it to 5-5-5-18 im trying to get better stability on my OC to 3.6 GHz on my Qx 9650

i want to know what is the best timming
and is low is better or high is better?

At a 3.6GHz clock (400MHz x 9) set the DRAM frequency to DDR2-1000 (4:5 FSB : DRAM ratio), the four primary timings to CL 5-5-5-15-2T (Command Rate), and the DRAM voltage to 2.1V. And a Performance Level of 9 is probably too high at a FSB of only 400MHz, so try either lowering it to 8 or set it to Auto. The same goes w/ a Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC) of 60T, whereas you can try lowering it to ~54T.
 
i try to put 5-5-5-15 2T tRFC of 54 but i got error on all test prime occt linx so i tried
it at 5-5-5-18 2T tRFC 60 at 2.1V im losing a little bit on bench on ram but on L1 and L2
cache i gain speed

i dont what to think

the frist one 5-5-5-15-2T TRFC 54
the second on 5-5-5-18-2T tRFC60
