Just picked up a couple of 3.0/800FSB P4 for work on Intel D865 boards. Don't worry I will be pulling them first to see if any OC better than my current C chips!
Anyway, they are fitted with the following PSU which I think is underspecced (I should say I know) but officially, is it actually underspecced by Intel stds?
What is the min amps +12v line should deliver for a 3.0/800FSB proc?

Also they seem to have the coolermaster DP5 series aluminium heatsink on them. The same company sold us 30 P4 1.5s a couple of years ago which have the same sink as the P4 3.0/800FSB.
Surely this heatsink is unsuitable for the application?
I know by overclockers standards both of these items suck, but I am looking for official lines or data to prove to them they suck....
