Do oem cards have a warrenty from ati?

I don't see anything that says thay the 4 year warrenty doen't cover oem.

I highly doubt that they do. Many oem products do not come with warranties. I may be mistaken though. Take for instance AMD, they do not offer any warranties with oem processors, only retail.

i think oem AMD proc are warranted for 1 year and retail for 3 years so i guess ATI does the same , OEM products have shorter warranty time
