anyone know specific timings to use and overclock?

i tried this setting but it doesn't pass memtest even on stock.

It looks as if you are using the lowest settings on almost all the timings. One to consider changing is the DRAM data drive setting. 4 at those timings is quite low. try 7 and go from there. Try Tref on AUTO. also, lower the voltage to 2.8. At those speeds you don't need that much juice. Once you get into +270fsb, 3.0v and up might make the difference in speed and timing.
 
just did this and prime for about 1 hr on 2.42
