P5Q Delux + q9550 temp problems

I bought this rig about 3 months ago and am extremely pleased by the performance only the temps are so high.

idle; 40-45
load; 60-68

Does anybody have an idea how to lower these without losing performance or buying new fan's? (hate the noise )

please list type of cooler and fans, case etc.

also a fan controller is always a way of reducing noise.

what are ambient temps?

i will get those temps when i stress test but my ambient temps ATM are 26-28 degrees. with air cond. on they will not top 62 degrees.

if you had a good cooler you could probably even increase the overclock to 3.6 or 3.8. maybe even just by increasing vNB and/or FSB term. volt. with little (if any)cpu temp increase.
