PC counterpart to apple's garage band

sorry i havent searched for this on account of beiung one day removed from hand surgery. anyway, is there a respectable pc counterpart to apple's Garage Band? any response will be apreciated.

hmm... guess not; though i did come across cakewalk's guitar tracks 2 for a mere $50. looks good to me cuz thats what i play, anybody know anything more about it?
