PC Toys Stealth 80mm Fans?

Are they any good? I was looking for two 80mm fans to help with air flow in my case and the specs behind the Stealth Pro 2's look pretty good. Noise 20dba, air flow 31cfm, fan speed 1800rpm. Can anyone verify these specs? No other fan seems to come close to the noise and air flow produced.

Is this at CompUSA? The only PCToys products I have seen have been rebadged versions of big-name products. I bought a PCToys Fan controller that is just a rebadged Vantec Nexus. With a name like stealth, check to see if they sound like the same specs as the vantec stealth fans...

If they are, in fact, Vantec Stealths then they aren't as quiet as they are rated.
