Phononic Hex 2.0 CPU cooler (w/integrated TEC): any reviews?

On the homepage here at o'clockers is a banner ad for this active cooling unit. Has o'clockers reviewed it? The marketing blurb for it says it'll cool more than 140 Watts and is quiet.

I actually have an old TEC fansink that Joe Citarella reviewed and gave me way back when as a reward for some programming.

The tweaktown review that I saw made the Phononic Hex 2.0 CPU Cooler sounding kinda mediocre. There were larger high-end air coolers that beat it. Of course for it's size/footprint the Phononic Hex 2.0 CPU cooler can't be beat.
