Hmm... Well, I think I can squeeze it, so I'll go for the A10-6800K.

One more thing, pcpartpicker estimates that the wattage will be around 214W, and I currently have a 430W PSU picked; should I get a lower wattage PSU?

Sure if it's going to save you money you can go lower, just make sure you get a quality unit. Either have a look though the Psu section for recommended units or go to JohnnyGuru.com a look for one.

Furthermore, I don't know if you knew this. You can hybrid crossfire the integrated gpu on the chip and a dedicated Gpu. If wanted to do this down the road, take that into consideration with the wattage you will need.

I wouldn't go any lower for the PSU. 430W is a good size for a number of applications. Down the road if you decide to repurpose parts for a different rig, you'll have a solid PSU already. Plus, you won't get a quality PSU any cheaper than what the CX430 costs (usually around $20-$25 after rebates).
