Both the graphics card and PSU choices are solid.

The Deluxe model supports some 125w CPUs like what the original poster had, but BoxingChaos2011 said he has the non-Deluxe model which doesn't support any 125w CPUs. Just wanted to clarify for BoxingChaos2011.

True, but I'm replying in reference to the OP's system, not the other guy.
 
My graphic design work includes work on Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc. The usual suspects, no 3d rendering or any video work other than home video crap.
For those applications I'd look to the CPU first, then the hard drive (a SSD would help out a lot) then the video card last. Those programs don't offload anything to the GPU, really, so a faster card isn't going to help you much.
