q6600 oc help

iv been trying diff voltages for the past week and nothings been working today i tried increasing my FSB on the default VID which for my q6600 g0 is 1.2625v im currently at 1400mhz or 350x9 and it seems tobe running fatser then when i tried these other voltages but im not sure if its stable how can i tell if its stable or not?

btw temps: idle 40-42 and on load 43-50 (does this sound right)

any suggestions?
