long story short, we alerted them to an issue 3 weeks ago(more than) and it's still not resolved, they said it'll take up to another 3 weeks. thats over a month 'n a half, 'n we have their gold service or whatever, was wondering is there a timeframe in which they must preform the service? because the comptuer in question is a financial computer, 'n it's costing us a lot of time and money, was wondering if I could put them under more pressure with legal action possabilties....
