Asking opinions for different Triple channel RAM for my Rampage ii and xeon 5675. Also, would like any advise on chipset cooling. Strikers help at all?

Additional chipset cooling is not required. If airflow in the case is good then all should be fine.
With memory can be some problems as this motherboard wasn't designed for 8GB modules. Just after premiere were available almost only 2GB sticks. I would recommend 3x 4GB 1600 CL9 modules as these should work regardless of used IC.

I wouldnt use the waterblock...but solid memory. You running three of them i assume?

Yes, planning on using three of the dimms. Can I get two more to stuff in the other slots I got later?

Yep.

But 2133 and that many sticks may need tweaking.
