i need to replace the 120mm fan in my CM GX550. What can you all recommend ? i think it needs to be high pressure low rpm (the original has 1800 rpm`s). Dunno what CFM did the old fan push  .

I've never actually had one of those in my hands, so I don't know even what size fan it is.
For the price of one decent fan you're halfway to a Corsair CX430 PSU though.

Why does it need replacement?

its making noise like a pepper grinder on turbo setting ( yes i have oiled it with sowing machine oil) its 120mm. I do not wish to change it , because it took all the abuse from 3 rigs and it`s still going strong(no fluctuations ) + i will have crossfire soon and need the W & A

Any 120mm 1800rpm (or more) fan should do the trick, in theory.
Ideally one with about the same amperage/wattage rating (on the sticker).
