Richard Burns Rally CRASH!!!!

For some reason, both the full version and demo, patched and unpatched, freez on my computer either after the intro when loading up, or some time in gameplay... i just upgraded to 9600XT for this game, and i installed drivers... and its still not working>!!>!>!>! help me....
