Hi, I'm running a z77x-ud5h with f14 bios (which has a fix for Samsung ram ocing) and a 3770k.
I got two of these sticks and I can't get them to boot at more than 2000mhz cl8-9-9-25-1T @ 1.6v (which is my current best setup, bandwidth wise and overall quite stable)
No matter what I do, I can't go any higher than that mhz wise. Any thoughts? :bang head

Do you have any other sets you can test?
I had the same issue with a few sets of PSC memory in the UD3H.

VCCIO and VCCSA shouldn't be an issue at lower clocks like 2000

Noone said that all of these sticks are overclocking good. Other thing is that you are trying to run them @ CL8 while most 2133 kits have CL10 and only best Samsung series are in 2133/CL9 kits ( new Dominators etc ).

Set looser timings and it should run fine.
Try 2133 9-11-11 or 10-11-11, 2400 10-12-12 or 11-12-12. When you make it work at these timings then start to play with some tighter.
Most of them are generally the same IC as TridentX 2400 or some other kits just lower binned.

IB should make about 2133 on stock VCCIO/VCCSA but you can try 1.15V for both what should let you set up to 2600.

Yeah, those are pretty tight timings for that speed.

Only the Lucky get an improvement on that. I would be super happy getting that out of those sticks :D

I only got 3x 4GB 2,000MHz 9-10-9-27 1.60v out of my Kingston HyperX LoVo green sticks about stable - and then only almost stable, got more testing to do yet... with time
But then I would expect more than I got out of those excellent Samsung Greens like you have ;)

Thanks for the replies everyone, I was asleep, hence the delay.
I'm running stock imc/vtt or VCCIO and VCCSA in Asus boards.
I tried upping those in the 1.2/1.195 range and vdimm up to 1.75v but couldn't even boot at 2200 or higher mhz (with really loose timings). So I decided to go for memory efficiency some other way, cl8-9-9-25-1t at 1.55v seemed decent for 2000mhz, but I want MOAR!

EDIT: I lower pll to 1.6v and imc/vtt volts to stock to help with temps while doing prime95 for 24/7 use. But I'd like to get higher oc profiles for benching. :)

Ok, so after some fiddling I got to these clocks:
-2200mhz cl9-10-10-21-1t @ 1.75v
-2200mhz cl10-11-11-21-1t (this one's faster)
-2133mhz cl8-9-9-21-1t @ 1.7v

Higher than that was impossible so far, on air cooling at least.

Today I'll be borrowing a cl7 1600mhz ripjaws 1.65v kit (black heatsink, not sure which ic), and I'll post at the memory thread tonight.

try 2400 11-12-12 1.65-1.70V on these Samsungs and if you make it work then try 10-12-12 1.65-1.70V

So far couldn't make it boot at 2400mhz no matter what. Except for a couple of tries...
I tried with vtt at 1.2v and imc at 1.195v, vdimm at 1.75v

I'll give it a try with less voltage, perhaps temps are a hindrance for my cpu's imc.

The guy that was supposed to lend me the gskill cl7 didn't get to work today :/
There goes my weekend fun...

Another update: absolute best I could get is 2200mhz cl9-12-12-21-1t @ 1.75v
Did a 5ghz superpi 1mb run and it's pretty good. Same score as my 5.3ghz 2600k and 2133mhz cl10-10-10-28-1t top score.
It seems they don't scale at all past 1.75v and that I don't to add voltage to vtt and imc to get higher. (Lowered those to stock and got up there just fine...vdimm is another story altogether)

I decided to run 2000mhz cl9-9-9-21-1t as my daily ram oc at 1.5v (default), it was the best I could get thus far.
Thanks for your input guys!

Edit: 2133mhz cl-10-11-12-21-1t @ 1.65v is the24/7 oc now...lol
