Which vendor(s) performed the RMAs?

I don't recall the name, but it was when 3870 or 4850 were new. The link to the strore is in a thread on this forum, somewhere.

I did have to point out the warranty terms from Sapphire's website which clearly stated the retailer was responsible for replacement service after they told me to go to Sapphire since the 30-day return limit was up, but after I made that clear to them, they even refunded the return shipping price after I sent the dead card.

Interesting.

NewEgg.com has refused multiple time to accept return of my Sapphire products after 30 days.
