server ram 533 vs 667 vs 800 with oc?

ok so the server motherboard i just purchased supports
DDR2 800/667/533/400MHz Reg. ECC SDRAM 72-bit, 240-pin gold-plated DIMMs

533 and 667 are alot cheaper than 800 its all ecc reg

so, is there alot of performance difference in server performance? though i do plan to overclock the cpu's a little bit i dont expect to get a ghz out of it just what ever the nforce mobo will let me do i suppose

I don't think that you will see performance difference between 667 and 800. Hard to say what sticks you get. On photos there are 533 hynix , 667 samsung and 800 micron ... and ECC are not overclocking so good. In worst case there should be multi down if you go too high with FSB so I would take at least 667 especially that 800 is much more expensive.
Maybe someone with similar gear will say some more as most my experience base on Intel servers.

I just ordered some ECC FBDIMM 667 4x1gb for my server with heat spreaders on them for $29.95 free shipping off ebay. I wouldn't put to much into it, if your are not overclocking.

i dont know the first thing about overclocking amd stuff lol id be happy if i could get 2ghz out of them but idk what the fsb or anything would be im so lost when it comes to amd
