settings help on GA-EP45T-UD3LR with corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9

this is my first post in this forum..
i need suggest to setting my GA-EP45T-UD3LR with corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9
my problem
when i use 2 RAM sticks on slot 0 and 2 its no problem
when i use 4 RAM sticks on slot 0-1-2-3 my installed operating system go die (7 ultimate get BSOD), my ubuntu goes freeze
i don't know howto and about setting RAM in bios so i really need help on this forum

with the latest settings, my box just cannot boot, event in BIOS, so i unplugged 3 power cable 2 from HDD and 1 Optical drive and it is still can not boot, so i reset the bios finally boot..
now my system running with 3 sticks RAM on flex interleaved mode
please anyone to suggest me the right settings because now i think im going crazy.. overclocking is fun, but i absolutely have no basic and experience on overclocking the PC.
please.. can anyone suggest me the correct settings?
