SPPSVC Software Protection Windows 10 High CPU Usage

Ok im having this thing using high CPU and dropping my FPs during gaming...... when i disabled it, my windows idles for some hours and telling me it's not activated..... and gets bugged, when i enable it again the windows is activated?????

Any solution to this thing?
