I was wondering if i could use the stock cooler that came with my Intel Core I7 3770K? I don't mind noise and will not be over clocking... I just want to know if it is powerful enough or cool enough to run my processor chilly, so if someone could please help me with this i'd be very grateful, thank!

Lol xD chilly would be non damaging to the hardware. so whichever temperature that would be? i just don't want to damage the processor or have it run hot with the stock cooler, and the budget is running out...

If installed correctly, the stock cooler will work fine for your needs.

Yes. Make sure you push all four push-pins in completely and they make a click sound.
