Suggestions on configuration?

Ok, like the title states, I'm in a bit of confusion as to how to best configure my hardware across the systems I have here. I know that what I'm running isn't in the most optimized configuration. I run 5 systems at home, and 1 at the shop. As it stands this is how the systems are configured right now. (there are floppy's in all the systems so I won't list them)

* main system

They all run Win2K, and as long as the 60Gig drive from the file server is on the network somewhere, a fresh install only takes me about 45mins. So re-installing the systems isn't an issue. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
