What chips are on them?

To be honest SN , not quite sure (sorry ,never removed the h/sinks) . I'll try and dig up some info . But I had no problems running this stuff on a 650i chipset @ CAS4 .

Btw , I just added/edited my original post to reflect an added $5 off Pricegrabber (review) rebate .

I also don't know what chips are on them. The heat spreaders are glued on pretty good and I don't want to damage anything so I'm hesitant to attempt removing them. I purchased two sets and one will do DDR2-800 speed and the other will do DDR2-900. I think I paid $130 for the first set, and $110 for the second. All of six months ago!

Price is now @ $59.74 :( (still a decent deal though)

I got those back in April-May for around $65 (crazy deal back then). Still are working fine @ 900MHz and 5-5-5-12 (errors at anything lower at that speed).

Good & cheap RAM.

Although this is a new review for Super Talent DDR3 vs Corsair DDR3 , Iam posting this just to give people an idea about Super Talent memory (and performance) in general .

Its a good article ...

Ok , since the price on the DDR2-667/CAS5 has gone up again to $59.74 , you may want to look at the Super Talent DDR2-800/CAS5 2x1GIG for a mear $62.83 http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?name=T8UX2GC5 .

I personally have 4X1GIG of the Super Talent DDR2-800 CAS4 mem in my main rig , and run it at 900+/CAS4/2.1 v ; and Ive been very pleased with Super Talent thus far .
