Symantec Velociraptor 1300 conversion

Ok picked up a Symantec Velociraptor 1300 from Fleabay for 42.00 shipped. 1u but has a proprietary eeprom on it. Working on converting it to a different eeprom now, looks like it takes about 30 different steps to complete though.

Hadnt seen that, will probably do that and convert the existing smoothwall into something else. I was gonna try to make the 1300 into a file server due to the adaptec on board but I dunno if I really want to do that now. Maybe Ill just make it into your link instead.

just won a cobalt raq3 today on fleabay....$33 shipped... cant beat it... lets see what i can do with it
