Hi all,

Just finished my first build. On post the VGA led is solid red. This was the problem with the CPU led and was found faulty when I returned the bundle to the supplier.

Can anyone help i have searched for solutions with no luck.

MOBO - m5a99xevo
CPU - FX4100
GPU - XFX Radeon HD6870
RAM - 2x 4GB corsair vengeance
PSU - Corsair TX650

The mobo came assembled with ram, cooler and overcloaked. I do not have another card to test.

I'm thinking of returning the card.

Any help appreciated.

cheers,

Do you mean the led on the card it self ? is it seated in the slot all the way and is the power cable connected to it ?

No its the LED on the mother board. I have re-seated it a few times and both power connectors are push right in.

cheers,
