ok so riva tuner works in compatibity mode but it is missing the driver options so i cant OC...What gives

are there any settings for Core and mem clock in the poweer user controls?

It's not rivatuner but a nvidia driver issue. The driver doesn't have the OC controls enabled.

Be patient. nVidia is sure to come out with a more complete driver now that Vista is programmer stable.
