I've got an A-DATA 2x1GB DDR2 1066MHz kit. By default (1.8V) it runs in 800MHz mode. To run it in 1066MHz, I need to up the voltage, however the voltage requirements differ somewhat (depends on where you look).

1. A-DATA website states 2.1 - 2.3V.
2. The PDF reference states this:

Timing Reference
- DDR2 800 CL5-5-5-18 at 1.8V
- DDR2 800 CL4-4-4-12 at 2.0V (EPP Profile 1)
- DDR2 1066 CL5-5-5-15 at 2.3V (EPP Profile 2) <- I need this, obviously

3. The modules themselves have 2.2V-2.3V printed on them.

Considering this data - which is the safest voltage to use 1066MHz mode? 2.3V? 2.25V?

I would go with what the PDF states, 2.3v. Then try walking the voltages down to see if it can run those clocks/timings at a lower voltage.

Also verify with CPuz the SPD tab.
