I replaced W8 with W10 on my Surface Pro 3. Now, when I do not have the keyboard attached, instead of a very usable full virtual keyboard appearing when needed, a dialog appears by default that is supposed to recognize written text. Instead, how do I make the full virtual keyboard appear by default?
