What do you suggest

I am new to overclockers fourm, and I would like some advice from and seasoned professionals. I'm looking to get as much performance out of my setup, without compromising stability and longevity. Any suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

i'd suggest by start reading from this thread and see how much you can get out of it,

Then once you got a base OC, then it would be better if you asked spacific questions on the OC that you got.
