where are the dividers in the p4c800-e deluxe?

i have looked everywh/ere in the bios-am using the latest beta release-but i cant find the 1:1,5:4,3:2 dividers anywhere.i have an engineering sample prescott.

one more thing,just i finished installing winxp my mouse usb stopped functioning.any ideas?

I have the p4p800 dlx and the divider is in the jumper free configuration.

400mhtz=1:1
320mhtz=5:4
260mhtz=3:2
