Which of these monitors?

I am looking at a new monitor for PC gaming, which of these would be best for:
Gaming quality, ghosting etc,
How long it will last,
Quality of picture, colours,
Budget of about £200 quid.
Want 144Hz, 1ms, and no bigger than 24”, will be wall mounted.
I am leaning towards the Iiyama {how the hell do you pronounce the name} but never owned one so worried how long it will last.

Of those choices, the Iiyama ProLite GB2488HSU is the best of the group hands down and I would actually avoid the other 2.
