Will using RAM with different clocks cause a problem?

I have an Gigabyte Mother board with AMD X2(4600+) processor running at 2.4Ghz, Windows XP (SP3) and the following info:
Memory Type DDR2
Memory Size 4096 MBytes
Channels Dual
Memory Frequency 300.7 MHz (CPU/8)
CAS# latency (CL) 5.0
RAS# to CAS# delay (tRCD) 5
RAS# Precharge (tRP) 5
Cycle Time (tRAS) 15
Bank Cycle Time (tRC) 21
Command Rate (CR) 1T
the 4GB RAM setup is accomplished by the following two subcomponents from Transcend:
1) Max bandwidth PC2-6400 (400 MHz)

JEDEC timings table CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS-tRC @ frequency
JEDEC #1 4.0-4-4-12-16 @ 266 MHz
JEDEC #2 5.0-5-5-15-20 @ 333 MHz
JEDEC #3 6.0-6-6-18-24 @ 400 MHz
2) Max bandwidth PC2-5300 (333 MHz)
JEDEC timings table CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS-tRC @ frequency
JEDEC #1 3.0-3-3-9-12 @ 200 MHz
JEDEC #2 4.0-4-4-12-16 @ 266 MHz
JEDEC #3 5.0-5-5-15-20 @ 333 MHz
It is obvious that i purchased a wrong combination.. PC2-6400 & PC2-5300. I have the following questions:
A) What problems I might face.. or is it okay to run with this combo?.
B) When I run CPU-Z i get the following memory information :
Memory Frequency 300.7 MHz (CPU/8)
CAS# latency (CL) 5.0
RAS# to CAS# delay (tRCD) 5
RAS# Precharge (tRP) 5
Cycle Time (tRAS) 15
Bank Cycle Time (tRC) 21
Command Rate (CR) 1T
I am sure i cant reach 400 Mhz, since one of the RAMs is PC2-5300. So how can I raise the memory frequency, and utilize atleast a speed of 333 Mhz?.
C) Or should i just do away with the PC2-5300 and replace it with a PC2-6400
D) I am also not sure hw to calculate the FSB and processor clock rate. Please help.
E) The mother board underclocks the RAM and on POST shows a speed of 667MHz. is it the same way the CPU uses it?

Thanks,
Krishna

You will have to run them at the slowest speed that is common between the two, but it should work. There may be incompatibilities, even with RAM that is the same speed/latency. The only way is to test.
