SOLVED Window XP Pro SP3 start menu problem

Hi, I just downloaded a windows 8 RTM theme (It is a microsoft-like theme, just like the zune theme) for my WinXP machine but I noticed that since my taskbar is located on top of the screen, the start menu is not correctly displayed as you can see:

ANybody knows a way to fix this with the registry?

Just drag it to the bottom of the screen.

I know this, but I like having it that way. Allows faster access to my programs when i'm browsing etc.

I guess I don't understand what the problem is. Are you looking to restore the classic Start menu within the theme?

Look at the picture, the start menu bar is supposed to be right under the start icon but right now it isnt because when I open it up we see the firefox menu

Never mind, reverted back to the defauklt windows theme since it was causing huge CPU usage.
